Practicum in supervision (Online)
Together in the Mystery offers an online Practicum in Supervision for those who have sampled supervision training and would benefit from a supervised practicum that includes an introduction to the Together in the Mystery model. The Practicum in Supervision features self-paced, asynchronous orientation to the Together in the Mystery’s model of supervision that unfolds over four modules on Ruzuku and eight sessions of individual supervision and mentoring on your supervision ministry over the course of a school year.
Who is this for?
Spiritual directors who have received a short introduction to supervision in the context of a formation staff and are currently serving as supervisors.
Spiritual directors who have completed one or more short courses on supervision - without a practicum.
Experienced supervisors without formal training.
Anyone in the above categories who desires to take the Advanced Certificate in Supervision (this serves as a prerequisite and concurrent enrollment with the ACS is possible).
Dates: Completed at your own pace or, for those concurrently enrolled in the Advanced Certificate in Supervision, completed during the month of September (because the Advanced Certificate will build on the learning received in the Practicum).
Costs: $400 for instruction + $720 for 8 sessions of supervision/mentoring paid directly to supervisor
Application Fee: $90 (nonrefundable). Apply here.
